本課程設計將以國際企業管理為基礎,帶領學生透過課堂個案討論與分析,實際體驗企業進行策略診斷、規劃、選擇與執行面的流程、困境與解決方法,希望透過多樣化的課程設計與學習歷程,增進學生問題解決、分析與團隊合作的能力。
【學習目標】
本課程得到104年度教育部磨課師計劃補助,為了體現知識無國界的目標,本課程模組全程使用英語授課,透過創新互動式教學,搭配影片啟發、線上討論/活動、跨國專案合作、角色扮演與個案分析,學員預期學習成效如下:1. 了解國際企業策略分析流程,並應用課堂所學之理論模型與分析工具評論相關時事2. 判斷國內與國際市場的差異性、評估國際市場機會與建立國際化策略,理解不同文化、制度與經濟發展、競爭環境對於企業進入國際市場與實際運作面的影響3. 討論國際化的反思與新現象,透過理論與實務並重之課程訓練激發學生國際性的思維與獨立思考之能力本課程適學對象不拘,歡迎對於國際企業策略有興趣之學員加入線上學習的行列!
