通過本藥代動力學課程,培養臨床藥學技能並探索腎臟疾病藥物給藥的複雜性。
在本課程中了解腎病如何影響腎功能以及如何應用給藥方案,您將了解腎病患者的藥代動力學原理和藥物劑量調整。
您將了解基本的腎臟生理和功能,包括水的過濾、分泌和重吸收,以及腎臟藥物排泄的機制。
您將學習如何計算腎臟清除率,以及如何為患有該疾病的患者推薦給藥方案。
您還將探索透析患者調整劑量的一般原則,並能夠描述慢性腎功能衰竭的典型臨床表現。
